Hannah is an Associate at Sultan Lawyers. She represents both employees and employers in all areas of employment, human rights, and disability law, and advises clients on workplace immigration matters.
Before joining Sultan Lawyers, Hannah practiced at a boutique human rights and disability law firm in Toronto where she represented individuals in a wide variety of legal proceedings at administrative tribunals, and at superior and federal courts. Hannah’s practice focused particularly on equality and accommodation in the workplace.
Hannah obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School where she was actively involved in community legal and pro bono work. She also completed internships in Trinidad and Tobago and at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre in Toronto.
Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Management from the University of Ottawa. She worked at a variety of government and private corporate offices while in undergrad.
In her spare time, Hannah serves on the Board of Directors of a national not-for-profit, Shelter Movers, which provides free moving and storage services to survivors of intimate partner violence.
