Jasmine is an associate at Sultan Lawyers. She provides advice and representation to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues including wrongful dismissals, employment standards, employment contracts, severance package review, human rights and accommodation, and related court litigation. Jasmine also advises clients on workplace immigration matters.
Jasmine has experience with a wide variety of proceedings and has assisted and represented clients in matters before the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Superior Court of Ontario.
Jasmine completed her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, she participated in a poverty-law training clinic based in Parkdale where she represented employees on a wide range of employment matters. Prior to attending law school, Jasmine obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, where she specialized in Legal Studies and Political Science.
Before joining Sultan Lawyers, Jasmine articled and worked at a boutique labour and employment firm in downtown Toronto.
When she is not in the office, Jasmine enjoys attending concerts, binging television, and trying new restaurants.
