Santana Di Nardo is a Law Clerk at Sultan Lawyers. She provides high-level legal support on immigration and employment law. Santana has experience assisting on a wide range of issues, including terminations, constructive dismissals, and human rights matters, as well as immigration matters. Santana has unique experience in cases involving an intersection between both employment law and immigration law.
Santana graduated from the Paralegal program at Seneca College. Her career path was inspired by her keen interest in law and her desire to help others, which started from a young age. Santana also received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University.
When she is not in the office, Santana actively volunteers with Innocence Canada, where she raises awareness about wrongful convictions. She organizes speaking events for schools and collaborates with mayors across Canada to sign proclamations.
In her free time, Santana enjoys travelling to new places, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
