Majella Lahert is the Firm Manager at Sultan Lawyers. Majella graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree from Cork, Ireland, and brings extensive knowledge in business administration and strategic management to her role.

Having relocated to Toronto to pursue an international career, Majella soon became a permanent resident and, subsequently, Canadian Citizenship. Majella is a passionate leader and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing the firm’s operations.

Throughout her years at the firm, Majella’s strategic planning and organizational skills have been instrumental in implementing new processes and procedures that streamline office operations. In her current role, Majella oversees HR functions, ensuring that the firm’s human resources align with its strategic goals. She also plays a pivotal role in marketing initiatives, leveraging her business acumen to enhance the firm’s market presence.

With several years of experience working alongside employment and workplace immigration professionals, Majella has developed valuable knowledge of employment law, Canadian immigration, and client needs. She is a key point of contact, providing reliable and efficient service. Her commitment to exceeding client expectations is evident in her proactive and responsive approach.

Outside work, Majella is an avid marathon runner, actively participating in her local running club. She aspires to earn an Abbott World Marathon Majors medal by completing the six world major marathons.
